Presentation at 2008 Short Course

 Healthy and Sustainable Cities and Communities Short Course – October 2008

This short course aimed to provide participants with a critical understanding of and insights into the concepts behind and practices associated with developing Healthy and Sustainable Cities and Communities projects.  Michael Bentley was coordinator from SACHRU, in partnership with Flinders University of SA.  Eighteen people attended from around Australia and New Zealand. 

Again Healthy Cities Onkaparinga hosted participants for a day, included a tour of the City, presentations providing an overview of the history of Healthy Cities Onkaparinga, and  community members’ perspective. The course will run again from Monday 12th – Friday 16th October, 2009.
